While I rarely carry the gear necessary for good wildlife pictures, I from time to time, stumble upon animals (Birds, Moose, Musk Ox, Mountain Goat, Sheep) who let me get close enough to capture a few pictures. There is nothing I love more than crossing path with one of those amazing creature living in the northern Wilderness.

Here, the bigger bull is standing between two cows while a Challenger is standing a few hundred feet away, hidden in the forest. As soon as one of the cow is moving towards him, the bigger bull chase the challenger to keep him at safe distance
Here is the Challenger, he doesn't seem injured at all which make me believe that he actually didn't fight the big bull this year. His strategy is to harass the other bull and his female by constantly circling them. Forcing the big bull to chase him off, being lighter and younger than the bigger bull is an advantage in this situation, in case of a real fight I don't think that he would have a chance though.
